**Job description** **:** The CPQ Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing CPQ solutions that meet business requirements and enhance sales processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing technical solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of CPQ systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** + Lead the design and implementation of CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. + Develop and maintain CPQ configurations, product models, pricing rules, and discount structures. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. + Ensure seamless integration of CPQ systems with other enterprise applications. + Optimize application performance and scalability. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ implementations. + Stay updated with the latest CPQ technologies and best practices. **Required Skills:** + Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 7 years of experience in architecting and implementing CPQ solutions. + Strong knowledge of CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar. + Experience with product modeling, configuration, pricing, and quoting processes. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. + Knowledge of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies. + Certification in CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist). **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
