As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech 

Must Skills – Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud 

Required:-   

Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies  

Identify data points required to enable use cases 

Analyze data for usability in CDP 

Identify data cleansing requirements 

Map data sources to CDP data objects (which requires detailed knowledge of the CDP data model) 

Map data fields to CDP data fields 

Identify the need to custom CDP objects 

Determine the relationship between CDP data objects 

Identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object 

Determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given client 

Design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms 

Execute complex system tests  

  

Additional Skills 

8+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space. 

Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms   

Minimum 2-year hands on SQL experience  

Bachelor's degree or equivalent  

Experience on Lightning web components. 

2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.   

Attitude for taking on technical challenges. 

Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related certifications is a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
