About This Job
Customizes and develops Salesforce applications, designs and implements solutions, troubleshoots and debugs code, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Design consumable, secure and scalable project-specific architectures to be executed on by administrators and developers Review existing designs and implementations to deliver an evaluation used to provide scalability and continuity Participate in every stage of the Salesforce team SDLC Provide Impact analysis on existing solutions prior to the execution and acceptance of the proposed solution design. Educate, advocate, and utilize development best practices always using Salesforce out-of-box functionality first wherever possible Evaluate data integration tools and products to be used for various projects and needs Collaborate with all roles of the Salesforce team alongside stakeholders (Developer, QA , BA, Admin, Project Manager / Scrum Master, business stakeholders)About Axos
