Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a full time Salesforce developer to join their customer technology and delivery team. The right candidate will have a background in salesforce development, administration and ability to mentor or lead other developers and admins. They will have experience with the development side of salesforce and has successfully managed dashboards, reports, forms, templates, layouts and workflows, salesforce deployments and have a vast understanding of salesforce capabilities, process flows throughout the business. Additionally, this person will have an understanding of salesforce systems including CRM systems to ensure quality data and security. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience as a senior salesforce developer with a solid understanding of salesforce development, administration, architecture and APIs 4+ years of experience managing dashboards, reports, forms, templates, layouts, workflows, and end-user documentation including internal processes and third party apps Experience coding and developing APEX and LWC components Develop and maintain custom salesforce dashboards, reporting, analytics and monitoring of sales activity and results Knowledge and Experience with the DevOps CI/CD pipeline deployment process in Salesforce Experience managing Maintenace of salesforce platforms and associated CRM systems for quality data and security protocols Experience working with service cloud, CRI, and integration platforms Familiar with Salesforce CRI and integration platforms Rebuilding and rearchitecting business processes Salesforce Certifications Leadership Experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
