+ Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform + Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Force.com + Need to have working knowledge in Salesforce essential tool sets like Apex, Flow builder, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL and other relevant Force.com platform development tools + Experience with platform events, developing APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) in Salesforce platform, and integrating other enterprise applications using middleware and event stream technologies + Hold exposure with the Salesforce AppExchange offerings and provide buy vs. build recommendations whenever necessary + Stay up to date with Salesforce's three annual releases and keep updated on platform changes + Knowledge of SF to Telephony integration, Call center management, CTI integration is an added advantage + Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. + Well versed with DevOps practices and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. + Have experience delivering on an iterative, Agile delivery schedule and working in an Agile scrum environment. + Assist the extended team in identifying and resolving issues, providing ongoing support for Salesforce solutions. + Experience working directly with product owners, peer engineers, dev team, and business partners. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Salesforce Admin, Developer, Sales cloud and Service Cloud consultant certifications preferred.
