Job Description
To our tech center in Prague we are looking for a Salesforce Developer, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering projects to improve and enhance the way our teams use CRM. Your main role will be to use your technical skillset to implement programmatic solutions for Salesforce CRM, with a particular focus on Apex, Lightning Aura & Web Components, and integrations. While building and maintaining our global CRM system, you’ll be responsible for ensuring it aligns with best IT practices, compliance, and security rules.
Who are you?
You are a Salesforce developer who has worked on Sales and/or Experience Cloud projects. You have an experience with delivering programmatic solutions across user interface, background automation and integrations. You have holistic experience across the platform and are happy to use non-code solutions where they are more suitable. You’re happy collaborating with the wider Salesforce team and working on cross-functional projects together. You are experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies and in using deployment tools to support the release management processes across multiple sandboxes. In addition, you can support and advise the rest of the team on this.
What will you do?
Understand the requirements and propose scalable solutions in the Salesforce CRM system
Develop code: Apex classes and triggers, based on specific requirements to extend our CRM functionality, in order to support business requirements
Custom User Interface development: including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and LWC
Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used by the organization
Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
Integrate and maintain business applications to Salesforce
Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business
Support the Salesforce Administrators & the team
Work collaboratively with the team members, as well as other IT stakeholders from around the globe and from various teams

Essential...
Salesforce Sales and/or Experience Cloud product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, understanding of standard Salesforce implementation processes
Proficient with Salesforce development lifecycle and environment strategy
Experience implementing and developing in Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience and understanding of Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs
A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
Able to gather requirements, present and communicate solutions to stakeholders
Able to create and maintain clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment
Able to work independently
Desirable...
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Computer Science or similar area
Knowledge of some Salesforce specific CI/CD tool (e.g. AutoRABIT, Gearset, Copado, Flosum…)
Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I
General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Competency in other languages / development (JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, etc.)
Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
Active in the Salesforce community
