•The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages.•Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations•Follows Salesforce.com’s best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions.•Possess strong communications skills.•Able to work on multiple concurrent projects.•Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning.•Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.•Shall adhere to OCIO work rules.•Communicates and collaborates with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions•Researches and keep current on force.com technologies and communicates trends and future needs from a business perspective
Skills: •The ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,Marketing Cloud, Community, Visual Force, Chatter and the Force.com platform.•Conceptualizes, prepares and creates detailed technical specifications from whichcomplex programs will be written or configured•Develops solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud and VisualForce.
