JOB DESCRIPTION
In this position you will, "Deliver technology solutions and insights that enhance operational effectiveness, and bring value to our clients" You will be part of a team who's main focus is maintaining operational stability of our application stack, providing hands on support to our front line contact center operations staff and advancing the capabilities of our Salesforce CRM offerings. This team drives new program implementations, adjustments and system enhancements and is the technical engine room that powers the CRM services provided by the PPD - Medical Communications Department. Day In The Life:
This position will report to a Senior IT Manager based in the US EST time zone. Our larger Tech Ops IT Team consists of 62 skilled IT professionals. Of those 62 colleagues, 12 are located in Manila, PH. The "Systems" sub team you will be part of, consists of four technical resources located in both Manila and Raleigh North Carolina. This is a "Flex position" where we expect attendance at least one day per week in our local office (Manila or Bangalore)

Implement Salesforce solutions that align with the standard methodologies of the platformConduct peer code reviewsBuilding Lightning Web ComponentsDocumenting, testing and verifying changes within validated systemsAddressing bug fixes and requests for enhancing the system, via Service Now ticketing systemResolving tickets related to end user queries via Service NowCreating knowledge articles to enable self-help for end users
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
We are looking for a strong standout candidate that is able to complement our current development team, inspire change and build trust with key business partners.
Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience Salesforce development in Health Cloud, Salesforce Experience and Knowledge cloud.Detailed understanding of Salesforce system limits to build at scale.Experience working with Data Loader tool to migrate data.Experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Aura/ Lightning Web Components.Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classesFamiliar with Salesforce - Time and scheduled Triggered Flows, process builders.Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Azure dev Ops, ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE.Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST API's, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, Platform Events, Streaming API'sExperience performing code reviewsBusiness focused approach with good communication skillsAbility to effectively tackle sophisticated system and technical problemsPositive demeanor with a dedication to a high quality of workDemonstrate a proficiency and passion to learn new technical skillsSolid understanding with systems within the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry is desired, but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related areaProven track record of Salesforce administration, configuration and end-user operational supportOr equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer (I or II)Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
