About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce instance. Experience in Salesforce is strongly desired. The main business systems you will be working in are Salesforce, our product backend databases, and occasionally providing Salesforce technical requirements to Workato and Netsuite. Experience with CPQ, Quote to Cash, Netsuite, and Snowflake is strongly desired. You will be working closely with Business Systems team members, Team Leads, Project Managers and internal users.
Your Area of Focus Design, develop, code, test and debug Salesforce Develop or enhance custom objects, VisualForce pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, and JavaScript. Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools Participate in requirements and solution design sessions with Stakeholders to provide technical analysis and scalable solutions Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce bugs Build custom Lightning Components Follow Software Development methodology and contribute to the SDLC requirementsYour Professional Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in software development with 1-2 years dedicated to integration projects, specializing in Workato. Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation. Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages for complex problem-solving and automation. Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. An individual who is a self-starter and adapts well to change Someone who is inquisitive, has attention to detail, and a desire to implement best practice solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical peers Outstanding organization and multitasking skills Strong skills in facilitation and consensus-building Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Experience with delivering complex stakeholder’s request in accordance with Salesforce best practices Experience with Apex, SOQL, Aura, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Must have an understanding of declarative changes and code Comfortable with SDLC and Agile environments Team-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor junior team members Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification About Tebra
