For more information visit www.marex.com (http://www.marex.com/) (http://www.marex.com/) (http://www.marex.com/) Purpose of Role: The Salesforce Developer Integration Specialist (SFDI) will continue to build the internal support structure and development of the firm's third-party CRM solution, Salesforce. This role will expand beyond Salesforce experience and skillset to learning the internal and external systems involved in Prime Brokerage Operations and other financial services Marex provides its customers. Responsibilities: + Support the Salesforce platform while improving existing processes and design. + Guide the growth of the platform in terms of its integration with other internal and external systems. + Design new processes to transfer data in and out of Salesforce to other platforms the firm employs to run its business with the goal of replacing manual tasks with automations performing the same function. + Work with other departments including but not limited to accounting, finance, compliance, operations, trading, and regulatory reporting. + Work with the existing technology team who currently manages the Salesforce platform + Quickly gain a deep understanding and knowledge of how Salesforce is currently implemented and integrated with other internal and external systems. + Analyze the current implementation of Salesforce in terms of Data Storage, Security, Front End GUI Design, Case Management, and Automation, and provide a set of recommendations to improve efficiencies and general effectiveness of the platform in achieving the firm's short and long-term goals + Grow recommendations into immediate and future firm-wide technology and development projects + Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges. + Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with. + Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial and MSIL trading books. + Liaising with clients in US; clients include banks, hedge funds, market makers, fund managers, institutional, trading houses and other trading boutiques. + Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values. + At all times complying with Marex's Code of Conduct. + To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. + To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required. + To escalate risk events immediately. + To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
