About the role

The role of experienced Salesforce Developer is to assist with day to day running of the Salesforce Org sitting across design, testing, development and configuration.

Scope, implement, and support system development for the Salesforce instance and ancillary tools.

Drive and Support twice weekly releases as well as various system updates and upgrades.

Developing such FIS Salesforce applications & processes such as Partner Portal (Experience cloud), Merchant Onboarding. 

What you’ll own

Analyzing highly complex Salesforce project requirements to determine impact and/or change to system architecture.Contributes to Salesforce technical designs and handover documents, as required.Work collaboratively with Salesforce Admin and Architect to ensure that all requirements are documented for system changes (Projects and Features)Implement, improve and guide on Salesforce Security best practices.Work with Salesforce Systems analysts to address application performance issues.Demonstrate an understanding of not only FIS Salesforce system architecture and implementations, but also Salesforce system architecture standards and best practices.Develop, document and execute technical test plans and protocols to ensure Salesforce architectural changes are working properly.Install changes or enhancements made to Salesforce system architecture.Ensure migrated changes are properly implemented and available.Proactively report Roadmap, Bug and BAU Progress to Senior Manager.Proactively determine and resolves potential issues.Handles multiple, highly complex projects from inception to completion.Other related duties as needed

IT degree or equivalent with 4 years Salesforce Development experienceSalesforce Experience CloudSales & Service CloudChangesets & DeploymentsHyperforce exposureAPI Development experienceConfluence and JIRAStrong Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Flow, Lighting web components.Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards and similar.Good understanding of Salesforce system customisation and use of recognised best practicesWorking knowledge of business process in a Salesforce systemStrong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skillsAbility to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasksCommunicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional mannerAbility to understand and apply technical conceptsTeam skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsFlexibility, versatility, dependability

Added bonus if you have:

•            Salesforce Certification (Admin or Developer)

•            Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages
