Salesforce Developer (Robotics)

Teradyne Robotics is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team!
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations that maximize the efficacy of our CRM. You will work collaboratively with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within the CRM. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and future of Teradyne Robotics.
You will work in a team of fellow developers locally and internationally and be expected to use programming languages such as Apex and Javascript to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for creating timelines and development goals, testing the stability and functionality of the application, and troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Key Responsibilities:
+ In close cooperation with business partners gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.
+ Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
+ Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
+ Optimize all standard processes within Salesforce through customization, focusing on optimization and ease of use for both internal and external users.
+ Build Salesforce applications and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company’s initiatives.
+ Develop highly interactive UI and customer applications using the newest technologies.
+ Develop needed elements within Salesforce to integrate smoothly with other anchor platforms
+ Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
+ Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
Experience & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
+ With Minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
+ Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
+ Experience in customization, configuration of Salesforce functionality using the most updated relevant technologies
+ In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com.
+ With experience in building or maintain particularly Salesforce Cloud Experience
+ With advance knowledge of aura components and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
