Job Description NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce DevOps Lead to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, manage and optimize our GITHUB ACTIONS pipeline, lead Salesforce releases, and oversee design and code review forums. This role is also responsible for mastering and executing effective change management and release communication strategies. This role pays $50-58/hr. Skills and Requirements 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. (need to know both salesforce and devops side, good salesforce basics)   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   Proven experience with GITHUB ACTIONS or similar CI/CD tools.   Extensive experience with Salesforce release management and change management processes.   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.   Excellent understanding of version control systems, particularly GIT.   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.   Experience leading code review forums and promoting best practices in coding and design.   Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
