As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Description


➢Provide strategic leadership to the Salesforce practice with a responsibility to enhance the
customer experience through outcome led engagements and high quality deliverables


➢ Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice
operations
 

➢ Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the Salesforce Practice – vision
and execute vertical and account growth strategies, and, capability and people development
 

➢ Align vision to flow through to delivery excellence, end to end quality, automation, quality, etc.
 

➢ Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the deepest
Salesforce skill sets in the market
 

➢ Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and
Go to Market (GTM) Offerings
 

➢ Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals and drive end to
end proposal response delivery
 

➢ Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve
business objectives
 

➢ Manage Partnerships and Alliances within Salesforce and key ISVs on AppExchange
 

➢ Build deep consultative skills that enable the team to focus on business outcomes versus purely
technology

Impact:


High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of the
Salesforce delivery strategy. This role has Firm wide impact with global implications. The Leader is expected to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required for the US Firm to build a successful operating model. This individual must be an enabler and mission led and have the viewpoint and experience to work with other leaders in our business in ensuring effective operation of the model.

Requirements:


Education Level - Minimum bachelor’s degree from relevant background


Experience Level - More than 15 years; Consulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical; Client
engagement and business development experience; practice development experience; entrepreneurial
experience and product development experience would be highly valued.
