He/she is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, including APAC user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades communication with global Salesforce team. He/she ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools in commercial pipeline management.

 

Main Accountabilities

User management: Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. Opps database management: Maintain database for integrity, completeness and accuracy such as record cleansing, ComEx linkage. Report & Dashboard: Build standard/custom reports, dashboards, and email workflows per user needs. Also merge/delete unused reports to keep the system lean. Business Analytics: Drive pipeline growth in targeted area through data analytics Enhancement projects: Act as key communication window between users and global Salesforce tech team in all details exchange. Current project eg. CPX (Commercial and Pricing Excellence) and Lead Generation Initiative Training: Provide training to new & existing users and grow the Salesforce capability across the organization. On & offsite trainings included

 

Requirement 

Bachelor degree (Computer Science/Marketing/Business related major) or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades that see to successful integration is preferred Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support Ability to maintain Salesforce databases
