What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Responsibilities

Work with Business teams (multiple) and IT teamsOverlap with Off-shore teams early EST times (i.e. from 730 AM+)Work from Service Now Incidents/Defects/Enhancements, Jira project/cardsDevelop/test/implement solutions in Salesforce Sales, Service, Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, CertiniaCoordinate solutions with partner IT teams (i.e. Outlook, SAP, Boomi, etc.)Perform deployments using deployment tools, Gearset, Github, ConcourseRespond to Urgent/SRT incidents

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, Salesforce.com/related apps certification(s) or equivalent work experience, preferredProven expertise in Salesforce.com Sales & Service CloudExperience with Conga (fka Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, Certinia (fka Finance Force)Familiarity with Salesforce.com Account Engagement Plus (fka Pardot), Experience (fka Communities)Experience working in Agile methodology, utilizing JiraWorking with Managed Packages and External VendorsExperience with Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Field ServiceExperience with Milestone Plus (for Salesforce)Working knowledge of DevOps (Gearset, etc.) and Salesforce DXOn call as needed

Anticipated salary range: $93,500 - $140,280
