COMPENSATION

Annual Minimum - Maximum$120,000.00 - $140,000.00

The dedicated Technology Services Department is in search of a Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator. This position will manage, optimize, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and customize solutions that enhance user experiences and support organizational growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment, including user management.

Automate workflows, configure features, and integrate third-party applications.

Drive user adoption through training, support, and the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Act as a subject matter expert, staying current on Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to proactively recommend improvements.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Partner a multitude of teams to deliver impactful projects that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

Oversee user access, permission sets, and profiles to ensure an efficient platform.

Coordinate site configurations, security settings, and sharing rules with Technology Services Security Team to ensure a secure platform environment.

Work with other business teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best security practices are followed.

Customize Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with business needs.

Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences within Experience Cloud.

Implement process automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights and performance monitoring.

Apply UI/UX principles of design for intuitive and seamless customer experiences and mobile friendly layouts.

Create prototypes in Figma or other formats for internal design meetings and customer journey mapping.

Design with adherence to accessibility guidelines.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and offer training to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Continuously monitor and enhance the system’s scalability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud required.

Minimum 1 year of Experience Cloud working knowledge.

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).

Expertise in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration, including community setup, branding, and access management.

Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools like Flow and Process Builder.

Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).

Expertise in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.

Prior experience in implementing and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

Working knowledge of UI/UX prototyping too (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD or other).

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and managed packages like Provar, Gearset, Cloudingo, and Data Loader.

Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and use of JIRA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-301).

DRUG TESTING POLICY
