At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a rock star Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Software Engineer, who is excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. You will have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad.
Position Responsibilities:
Design application components that are reusable, efficient, and easy to maintainRefactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIsResearch, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologiesCollaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budgetStay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needsWork closely with software engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and deliveryRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-6 years as Salesforce DeveloperClear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and Salesforce Governor LimitsExpertise in SFDC core concepts including Objects, fields, relationships, record types, etc.Expertise in declarative Salesforce features: Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Process, Validation Rules etc.Expertise in Apex programming language, including classes, triggers and controllers.Expertise Visualforce Page, Aura, LWC, SOQL and SOSL; Frontend and Backend technologies such asHTML, CSS3, jQuery, XML, JSON..Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in an Agile teamProficiency in Git or other version control system.Preferred Qualifications:
