As a Salesforce Test Lead in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
Overseeing and taking part in the test preparation, execution, regression and closure activities for Salesforce CRM Testing Projects and Releases.
Analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging Product Teams in case of spotted inconsistencies.
Create Test Automation Scripts and build framework using Subject7 or Opkey Tool
Analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging Product Teams in case of spotted inconsistencies
Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs.
Taking care of the project's testware (test cases, defects, testing checklists and other related artifacts).
Cooperating with analysts, developers and product owners from all over the world.
Being a game changer by finding any possible improvements to Test Process or even Tested Software.
Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Salesforce CRM , and take part in the execution of such test cases;
Provide support to testing team and end-users during the various test cycles; remediation and/or disposition of test case failures or anomalies;
Prepare System Configuration, Specification and training documents
Carry out on-going change request and maintenance of developed systems
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Degree Preferred: Bachelors in Computer Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ year(s) of IT experience
Certifications Required:Salesforce Admin
Certifications Preferred:

Any Other SF Dev Certification

Required Knowledge/Skills:
Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.)
Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks
Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools and Experience in Agile projects
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Application Modules & Processes and Salesforce Security
Working experience in different Salesforce Clouds specially Sales, Service and Customer Experience Cloud
Experience of difference types of testing – Functional, UI/UX, Regression
Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.
Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory).
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)
Candidate with Automation skill is plus
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Candidate should have good knowledge and hands-on on Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Good to have Salesforce Administrator Certification and Sales Cloud Certification
Candidates should be open to work in shifts
Candidate should have good communication skills and be a quick learner
Practical knowledge of preparing/ designing, conducting and documenting tests.
Candidate with Automation skill is plus
Good understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methodologies.
Related education or equivalent relevant work experience.
Skilled in documentation with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
