Pacific Seafood offers a unique, 13-week internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, OR, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. Pacific Seafood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our CRM implementation initiatives. This role will work closely with our Training & Development, Sales, IT, and Marketing departments to optimize our Salesforce platform and improve customer engagement metrics. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM implementation, marketing analytics, and sales optimization strategies while contributing to Pacific Seafood's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in analyzing CRM data and effectivenessSupport the development of best practices and SOPs for CRM usageContribute to marketing email campaign optimization and ROI trackingHelp create and facilitate CRM training materials and sessionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiencyWhat You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required Current enrollment in a related degree program (Business, Marketing, IT, or similar)Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesforceProficiency in data analysis tools
Total Compensation:
