The selected candidate will provide pivotal leadership in the development and support of our Salesforce CRM platform. Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement * Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions * Manage complete lifecycle of the Salesforce systems - from design, coding, testing to debugging and documentation * Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations * Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate * Lead the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards
