As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Summary 

We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Senior Integration Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce integration and a deep understanding of various integration patterns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex integration solutions, leveraging a range of technologies and approaches. Salesforce Architect-level certifications are highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to lead integration engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in driving seamless connectivity across systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Integration Architecture Design: 

Define and design integration architecture strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements. 

Analyze integration needs and develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using best practices and Salesforce capabilities. 

Integration Implementation: 

Lead the implementation of complex integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. 

Utilize and apply various integration patterns, including API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and batch processing. 

Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools to deliver robust integration solutions. 

Technical Leadership: 

Provide technical expertise and leadership to development teams during the design, build, and testing phases of integration projects. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful delivery. 

Salesforce Expertise: 

Utilize Salesforce’s integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Salesforce Connect, and External Services. 

Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, capabilities, and best practices to continuously enhance integration solutions. 

Governance & Standards: 

Establish integration governance processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainable solutions. 

Create documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and technical specifications. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Evaluate emerging integration technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions. 

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing integration processes. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in integration architecture and delivery, with a focus on Salesforce integration engagements. 

Technical Expertise:  

Deep understanding of integration patterns, including point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, publish/subscribe, and more. 

Hands-on experience with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or others. 

Proficiency in Salesforce integration tools and technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, Salesforce Connect, etc.). 

Familiarity with modern architecture paradigms, such as microservices and event-driven architecture. 

Certifications:  

Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable. 

MuleSoft certifications or equivalent integration-related certifications are a plus. 

Soft Skills:  

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. 

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
