Responsibilities:
Assist with requirements gathering, grooming, and process development for workflows, automations, and products for development.Audit internal data on an ongoing basis to improve the quality and accuracy. Monitor performance of data relationships between Salesforce objects. Document new developments, existing processes and procedures, or test plans as needed. Solicit feedback from boundary partners on process improvements and work with them to identify opportunities to optimize throughput and quality. Track system and service performance continuously in all environments and escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate team.Who You Are

Currently a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in Business, Business Management, Technology and other related fields. Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity. Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills. Computer skills, which include Microsoft Office suiteStrong in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Slicers, etc.), and PowerPointA passion for technology to create solutions and fix problems. A collaborative attitude and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and processes with both verbal and written communication in one-on-one and group settings.Don’t miss out on the first steps toward your future. Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
