We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least two to three days a week in the office.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Campaign specialist is a critical SME role within the Customer Decisioning & MarTech Team.
This role will create and deploy high quality data driven communications utilising SFMC. The role will be involved in all aspects of campaign execution – build, monitoring and optimisation, helping the team to utilise SFMC to its full capabilities and deliver great digital experiences for our members.
We will count on you to:
Create and build multi-channel communications and assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support with campaigns, marketing automation program, and webinars.Use data to deliver data-driven and customer centric communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Support Mercer Super Customer & Growth’s implementation of A/B testing and data driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.Generate new ideas and best practice principles & solutions to build great digital communication experiences that drive member engagement.Prepare thorough and effective marketing briefs for execution by internal teams/external suppliers to successfully deliver on client deliverables.Utilise disciplined project management skills to ensure all campaigns or communications are delivered on time and to budget.Training & knowledge transfer (where required) to broader team members as a SFMC SME.Work closely with our platforms team on the delivery of the program.What you need to have:
3+ years’ experience using MarTech to deliver digital customer experiences.Experience with marketing communication platforms e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential.Extensive knowledge and application of HTML & CSS particularly around email development Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, or Platform specific like AMPscriptProven track record in developing and executing marketing operations processes to improve productivity and efficiencyAbility to think laterally and creatively, and superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the organisationCustomer focus, delivers results, builds relationships, exercises sound judgmentWell-developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to judge competing prioritiesAbility to adapt communication style and influence strategy to meet different audience needs or to appeal to others whose support is importantWhy join our team:
