As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our email program using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will own the platform to drive personalized and data-driven campaigns, develop automated journeys, and optimize the overall performance through analytics.
In This Role\nDevelop and implement SFMC solutions, including segmentation, journey development, dynamic content, and cross-channel automation\nTranslate marketing goals into SFMC solutions, collaborating with the Technology team to ensure infrastructure supports scalable campaign execution\nLead all aspects of customer communication across email, SMS, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists—ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance\nPartner with Customer Experience, Sales, Creative, and Technology teams to align initiatives and maintain executional consistency\nServe as SFMC subject matter expert on automation, personalization, deliverability, and governance\nOptimize marketing workflows and data integrations to support scale and efficiency\nMaintain SFMC data models for segmentation and targeting; uphold data integrity and compliance standards\nBuild dashboards and report on campaign performance, delivering insights for ongoing improvements\nStay current on SFMC updates and industry best practices to maximize platform value\nPerform other tasks as assigned, based on training and qualifications\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\nManagement \nSupervise and lead employee(s), ensuring efficient and effective operations \nProvide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively \nMonitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed \nPromote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging employee engagement and teamwork \nFoster strong communication within the team, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and goals \nIdentify and address skill gaps or performance issues promptly, implementing development opportunities and support plans as needed \nEncourage innovation by involving team members in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives\n
The Ideal Person\n7+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio)\n3+ years experience in a leadership role\nProficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for segmentation, personalization, and campaign customization\nExperience in audience segmentation, list management, dynamic content, and automation workflows\nProven experience executing data-driven campaigns and building journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud\nStrong analytical skills; able to interpret campaign data and optimize performance\n
