About the Role
Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language.Implement automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and automations with SQL for data view/data extension, data extract/transfer activity.Utilize journey builders and extensive hands on working with custom activities.Elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units.Design, write code, configure, and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the salesforce platforms marketing cloud. Perform front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript.Database design: Data Extension, Contact Builder, Primary Key/Subscriber Key/Contact Key designData administration: Import/Export, SFTP, deployment using Package Manager.System Administration: User Management- Roles and Permissions (Standard and Custom), Business Unit Management.Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model.Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.About You
The qualified professional we seek is a SFMC Technical Lead with these qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree graduate (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related courses).Required skills: marketing automation tools, salesforce marketing cloud experience, salesforce and/or marketing cloud certificationsAt least (7+) years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developerMust have strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.).Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant/Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on Personalization Builder/ Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on CDP is preferred.Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios: Email Studio, Content Builder, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Personalization Builder for Emails and SMS, Data Cloud, Personalisation is a must.Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases and 3rd Party Apps.Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP), Heroku or Azure/AWS.Experience with CI/CD tools is a must have.Knowledge of Data Cloud is nice to have.Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel.Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Amenable to work in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.What we will offer
