As a Salesforce nCino Developer, you will make an impact by leading the deployment and management of the nCino platform to ensure seamless integration and functionality. You will be a valued member of our growing Salesforce Practice.

In this role, you will Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform. Create and maintain user documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to coding standards. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the technical solutions meet their requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

Must have extensive experience in nCino Platform Deployment. Proficient in salesforce sales cloud, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, data migration, LWC, other Salesforce development tools. Should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and standard processes. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex issues. Should have experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Toronto, ON.
