As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect with a deep understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in architecting and delivering complex solutions involving OmniStudio and Vlocity, with a proven ability to lead enterprise-scale engagements. This role requires advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and a strong understanding of industry-specific solutions. Salesforce Architect-level certifications are highly desirable. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Architecture: 

Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Vlocity capabilities. 

Define best practices and guidelines for implementing solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements. 

Engagement Leadership: 

Lead multiple engagements where OmniStudio and Vlocity are utilized, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions. 

Technical Expertise in OmniStudio & Vlocity: 

Drive the effective use of OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. 

Leverage Vlocity’s industry-specific solutions to deliver business value for industries like Communications, Insurance, and Utilities. 

Salesforce Platform Expertise: 

Ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Vlocity components within the broader Salesforce ecosystem. 

Utilize Salesforce capabilities such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and APIs to complement OmniStudio and Vlocity solutions. 

Governance and Standards: 

Establish solution governance processes and maintain architectural standards for OmniStudio and Vlocity implementations. 

Document and maintain architectural artifacts, including design blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. 

Provide recommendations for enhancing existing processes and solutions. 

Mentorship and Leadership: 

Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. 

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, offering technical expertise and strategic insights. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity. 

Technical Expertise:  

Advanced knowledge of OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. 

In-depth experience with Vlocity’s industry-specific solutions for sectors such as Communications, Media, and Energy. 

Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and API integrations. 

Understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and Salesforce DevOps practices. 

Certifications:  

Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable. 

OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certifications are a plus. 

Soft Skills:  

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. 

Outstanding communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
