**Position Description:**
We are looking for an accomplished Salesforce Product Owner with a robust background delivering custom Salesforce.com solutions, including requirements definition, product ownership, and documentation expertise. This team member must have a proven track record of successfully partnering with the business and user community to develop the product needs in alignment with business goals, document them, and take to the development team for implementation. Must be experienced in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and providing comprehensive documentation.
•This position is located at our client site in Centennial, CO, however a hybrid working model is acceptable. The ideal candidate will be expected to be onsite in Centennial Tuesday - Thursday.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
The Salesforce Product Owner will support the enterprise goals to develop Salesforce and realize untapped functionality, and build out additional enhancements in support of the organization’s roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and optimizing the product backlog to maximize the value of the product.
• Defining business and functional requirements
• Developing business process
• Propose designs & development and maintenance of processes and tools to support internal & external customer service levels and operational KPIs are met.
• Provides technical support on set up & Implementation of new customer and services engagements.
• Provides timely communication and escalation issues and works resolutions.
• Support implementation and drive documentation and reporting of key metrics and results
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
• Must be self-sufficient and able to manage complex Salesforce tasks/projects without any assistance.
• Must be experienced with working with Salesforce developers, architects, integration specialists and data analysts on complex and large-scale projects.
• Must be able to work on and manage smaller tasks and multiple asks from business users that come in as daily cases.
• Must be able to handle all technical support inquiries for Salesforce platform products not limited to Sales/Service Cloud, but also adjacent Salesforce tools such as Outlook Add-ins, SalesLoft, and integrated systems such as Power BI and other Arrow Salesforce Orgs via SF-to-SF Connectors
• Expected to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, user/stakeholder requirements and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving product roadmap requirements.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
• Proficiency with all automation functionality within the SFDC platform include Process Builder(PB), Flows and the transitioning from PB to Flows
• Must have excellent configuration and administration experience with SFDC development, including Apex Triggers, Visualforce pages, as a plus
• Must be extremely proficient in SFDC data modeling for reports and dashboards.
• Function as a SFDC PO (Product Owner) and communicate with other Scrum Team POs and project managers, users, and other developers to design cohesive epic and user story strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing user story and epic requirements and user/stakeholder objectives and innovate ways to meet product roadmap and business strategic goals successfully.

• Interact directly with partners, managers, and users as necessary to analyze user story objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instance (includes being proficient in detailed user story requirements gathering, documentation/write-ups, acceptance criteria, goals, and assumptions).
• Able to perform UAT testing with User Groups, document use cases for testing and perform org fixes during testing sessions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800 - $150,200.”
