Salesforce Product Owner

At GN, we are starting a strategic Salesforce initiative, where you will shape the product from an early stage. As our Salesforce Product Owner, you own a wide range of exciting Salesforce solutions such as OMS and Service Cloud. Your focus will be on supporting us to transform and transition to a more digitalized approach to business and you will focus on solutions targeted at most of our internal employees across the organization.

You will need to understand the strategic impacts, as well as working on the day-to-day details to ensure tactical implementation.

The team you will be part of:

At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join our Operations Salesforce team and report to Senior Manager, Gabriela Lucja Kolodziej.

You will work with the entire delivery process; from assisting with identification of areas for improvement, to more detailed work in authoring user stories. You will collaborate with technical leads/scrum teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses priorities, performing testing, and overseeing execution of efforts.

Together with your colleagues – incl. other Salesforce Product Owners, Architects and the wider Salesforce Success team - to translate the product vision into user stories that can be actioned by the delivery team.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Prioritize team backlog items including work from Strategic Initiatives and other planned work and communicate priorities with stakeholders.

Order, and refine the team backlog items in the form of Features and User Stories, to maximize value to users and other stakeholders.

Engaging with the business users and owners to understand business needs and consult on improvement initiatives.

Collaboration is key in the job. Expect to spend time on gathering requirements from and sharing ideas with Senior and Executive staff members from the operational teams. In order to contribute to the development efforts, you will be part of a Scrum team that includes colleagues from Denmark and Poland.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:

A higher educational background at a bachelor’s level within Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or other relevant field of study

Bring some years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, or from a similar position.

Experience with Salesforce -especially Service Cloud and OMS – as well as Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) - would be beneficial.

Ability to work effectively in a global work environment.

A rational approach to thinking.

A capable project-, and stakeholder manager able to collaborate across organizational functions and levels.

Ability to communicate in English.

Capable of working as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working Agile. If you have experience working especially within the SAFe framework that will be a benefit.
