ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Developer** to join our team. This is a **remote** opportunity. The Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Developer will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications for Federal government clients. This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and a foundational knowledge of public sector specific requirements and data handling. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Apex and other Salesforce development best practices with an emphasis on low-code methodologies. + Configure and support Public Sector Solutions orgs and assist with new module implementations. + Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and provide product demonstrations. + Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflow rules, Flows, and validation rules to meet government program needs. + Assist with data migration activities into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience developing scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. + Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and its common use cases (e.g., case management, licensing, etc.). + Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer Level 1 or 2). + Understanding of data privacy and security principles relevant to government data. + Experience with Salesforce integration methods (APIs). + Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices. + Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools. + Experience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps) + Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. **Clearance Requirements:** + US citizenship with an active Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
