Those in Salesforce user experience at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for enhancing the user experience of various applications. You will analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise user engagement, increase user satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech 

Required :- 

8+ years of experience in mobile application development with 5+ years of hands-on with React native app development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and mentor a cross-functional mobile development team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. 

Provide technical direction and architectural guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code. 

Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates and managing risks, dependencies, and expectations. 

Oversee the development of React Native applications, ensuring robust integration with APIs and efficient state management using tools like Redux or MobX. 

Optimize mobile app performance, focusing on fast load times, responsiveness, and resource management across Android and iOS platforms. 

Ensure app security through the implementation of best practices such as encryption, secure authentication, and secure data storage. 

Perform hands-on development, contributing to coding efforts and troubleshooting complex issues alongside the team. 

Drive improvements in SDLC processes, ensuring the team works efficiently and follows best practices across the development lifecycle. 

Conduct code reviews and ensure the application of SOLID principles, DRY principles, and design patterns to maintain code quality. 

Manage app debugging and troubleshooting across Android and iOS environments, utilizing advanced debugging tools and techniques. 

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing technical input, feedback, and insights on project timelines and delivery expectations. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

Strong expertise in React Native, including working with UI components, navigation, and state management libraries like Redux (Redux Toolkit) or MobX. 

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including core concepts like closures, hoisting, Promises, Arrow functions, and Rest/Spread operators. 

Deep understanding of TypeScript, with experience in writing scalable and maintainable applications. 

Extensive experience with mobile app development, including integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows. 

Knowledge of mobile development best practices, including responsive design, app performance optimization, and front-end testing tools. 

Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting mobile apps, with expertise in using debugging tools for Android and iOS. 

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. 

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies for mobile apps. 

Strong understanding of mobile app security, including data encryption, secure authentication, and safe data storage. 

Familiarity with modern development tools such as React Navigation, Push Notifications, and unit testing frameworks. 

Advantage: 

Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK for iOS & Android, including integration of Soup and data synchronization. 

Proficiency with Salesforce developer tools like Developer Console or Workbench.
