COMPENSATION
Annual Minimum - Maximum$120,000.00 - $140,000.00The dedicated Technology Services department is in search of a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to join their team. This position will oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Salesforce Revenue Cloud system (specifically, Revenue Lifecycle Management - RLM). They will also maintain close collaboration with our Finance, Advance Planning, and Operations teams to ensure efficient billing and revenue processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Manage Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) OR Salesforce Billing and CPQ Configuration & Management.
Manage and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing to support subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
Set up and maintain billing schedules, invoice generation, payment processing, and subscription models (e.g., metered, usage-based, or fixed billing).
Configure and optimize CPQ rules, product bundling, pricing logic, billing rules, invoicing templates, payment schedules, and recurring billing logic to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Salesforce and Technology Services resources to integrate Salesforce RLM with other systems, including ERP platforms, payment gateways, and financial tools.
Automate billing and quoting workflows using tools like Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to minimize manual tasks and streamline operations.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for quoting, billing, payment processing, and revenue recognition metrics.
Generate and share financial reports with the finance team, leadership, and stakeholders to monitor billing and CPQ performance and KPIs.
Partner with other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in quoting and billing operations.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote effective utilization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionalities.
Assist with data migrations and reconciliations as needed.
Monitor and maintain the Salesforce Revenue Cloud environment to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and new features to enhance quoting, billing, and revenue recognition functionalities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and/or Revenue Cloud.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
Expertise in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards related to quoting, billing, payments, and revenue recognition.
Strong skills in data integrity, migration, and reconciliation.
Proven experience with RLM and/or Salesforce Billing and CPQ, focusing on Product Catalog, Pricing, Ordering and Decomposition, Billing, and Invoicing.
Demonstrated expertise in subscription-based billing models, quoting processes, invoicing, and payment processing.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and managed packages such as MuleSoft, Provar, Gearset, and Cloudingo
Project management skills with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and use of JIRA.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing configuration, including quoting logic, billing schedules, invoices, payment terms, and subscription management.
Experience integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with third-party systems, such as ERP platforms and payment gateways using MuleSoft.
Proficiency in automation tools like Salesforce Flow and Process Builder for quoting and billing process optimization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant or Salesforce CPQ and Billing Specialist preferred.
