Job Description:  

You’ll lead a team of high performing problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.   

Overall Experience – 4+ years IT experience   

Mandatory Skills -   

Accounting Standards Implementation: 4+ years of experience with ASC 606 and IFRS 15, utilizing revenue management tools such as Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, and Oracle RMCS.  

Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of the upstream business process.  

Data Integration: Experience integrating data from ERP systems to revenue management tools and from revenue management tools to GL.  

Consulting Background: A strong background in consulting, with a track record of delivering successful projects for global clients.  

Preferred Certification: Zuora Revenue/Billing , Oracle RMCS certification is preferable.   

Responsibilities - Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to  

Revenue Cloud Management: Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the Revenue Cloud, maintaining high standards and meeting set objectives.  

Leadership by Example: Demonstrate excellence in project delivery, setting a benchmark for the team.  

Team Guidance: Provide clear guidance on project deliverables and execute tasks according to the project plan.  

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet PwC standards and adhere to industry best practices.  

Project Management: Oversee project management activities across all team-involved projects.  

Hands-On Delivery: Actively engage in delivering Salesforce suite products, including CPQ, Billing, and RightRev/Zuora Revenue.  

Client Support: Assist clients with adopting revised accounting standards.  

Interdisciplinary Leadership: Manage various teams working on implementing new accounting rules, such as Revenue Automation and Process and Data Analysis.  

Client Communication: Lead client calls to gather requirements, design solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand system impacts, and drive delivery.  

Project Execution: Oversee planning, design, build, and testing phases on ERPs or custom accounting systems to ensure client comfort.  

Design & Testing: Lead the design of use cases, test cases, and test results aligned with business requirements.  

Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest improvements in clients' process designs to enhance interaction between people and systems.  

Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects, providing comprehensive solutions for end-to-end implementation and integration with client systems, including unit and system testing to validate analytic procedures.  

Effective Communication: Demonstrate proven consulting experience with global clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding.  

Proposal Development: Collaborate with partner firms to respond to RFPs and RFQs, preparing proposal responses, solution designs, approach documents, and other necessary documentation.
