Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales cloud Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Salesforce Sales cloud platform, ensuring that the implementation and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud meet business requirements and drive efficiency. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve the overall performance of the Salesforce system.
As a Salesforce Sales cloud Tech Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and ensure that the platform is optimized for user experience and business success.
Key responsibilities:Ownership of high-level strategic functional design and delivery of solutions to clients.Coordinate with the Project Manager during project setup, onboarding, and planning activities.Hands-on experience with Salesforce and third-party applications integration.Oversee Business Analysts gathering business requirements and translate them into a technical solution.Work with offshore teams for solution architecture, work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices etc.Create key architecture documentation and deliverables.Lead a team of architects as needed to drive end-to-end solution delivery, taking full responsibility for Salesforce.com solutions.Develop Train-the-Trainer materials.Must have skills:At least 8 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 4 as a Sales Cloud Tech Lead).Significant consulting/client-facing background.Experience in Omni Studio (Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures)End-to-end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Solid understanding of Salesforce integration methods (APIs, middleware, web services).Deep knowledge of data management, security protocols, and Salesforce platform architecture. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Application Builder.Nice to have skills:Salesforce Architect certification or working toward certification.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Einstein Analytics, Pardot, or CPQ.Significant consulting/client-facing background.Participation in each phase of at least five full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
