As the Salesforce Scrum Master, you will guide and support project teams in using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to achieve successful delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives. This role focuses on facilitating effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring the adoption of Scrum practices, and enabling the timely delivery of project objectives. Experience must include: + Experience facilitating team collaboration, tracking project progress, and ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives. + Experience in organizational and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide teams through challenges and improve operational efficiency. + Experience with Agile or iterative project management methodologies. + Experience facilitating meetings, managing stakeholder expectations, and removing project roadblocks. + Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties. + Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
