As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. In this role, you will discover and deliver solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient, and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community. The Salesforce Engineer will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of business partners and peripheral teams to ensure customer successKey Accountabilities Design, develop, and implement custom/out of the box applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience as a Salesforce DeveloperStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web ComponentsExperience with Salesforce advanced configuration and administration.Experience with data migration and integrations (REST & SOAP).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exposure to agile delivery (Scrum) and tools such as ADO PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCompleted Advanced Salesforce Administrator CertificationCompleted Salesforce Platform App Builder CertificationFamiliarity in driving business readiness training and requirementsExposure to customer centric design principlesUnderstanding of food/agriculture industry sectorIndustry certification (Examples include Salesforce, ITIL, agile, six sigma, etc.)
