Responsibilities Design, build, implement and maintain Salesforce solutionsAnalyze business requirements and turn them into technical solutionsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders, analysts, managers, and engineers to ensure solutions meet business needsDevelop technical, user and process documentation and diagramsMentor other software engineersConduct code/solution reviewsAssist with testingAdminister and maintain multiple salesforce instances across different countriesAct as second level support for issues the support desk needs help withAct as technical Subject Matter Expert for the business stakeholdersIdentify and resolve technical issues; recommend solutions and improvement in pursuit of continuous improvement.Ensure technical solutions are robust, reliable, easily sustainable/maintainable, scalable and secureStay up to date on latest technologies, trends and best practices Qualifications 5+ years’ experience with salesforce solution design, development, implementation and support8+ years’ overall software engineering and database development experienceStrong experience in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, including knowledge management, omnichannel routing, field services, Customer and Partner Portals, contact center, service center, CTI, VIR, case management, service console and Salesforce data structures and data modelingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent collaborative skillsStrong understanding of IT security practices in the modern world of malicious actors from nation-states and large-scale organized crime syndicatesStrong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Salesforce integration and ETL in generalStrong knowledge of SQL, especially T-SQLStrong web development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks and librariesExperience with agile Scrum developmentExperience building customer reports and dashboards in SalesforceUnderstanding of DevOps practices including automated testing, source control/versioning, continuous integration and continuous deploymentStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Triggers, flow, workflow, process builder, data loader, ApexStrong understanding of Salesforce security including Roles, Profiles, User Access Policies, Permission Sets & Permission Set Groups, Public Groups, Queues, etc.Experience with additional programming languages and methodologies, especially Python or C# a strong plusKnowledge of French language a plus, but not required Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
