The expectation is that the architect will have broad and deep experience in Salesforce configuration, development, integration, as well as familiarity and firsthand experience with third party solutions within the ecosystem. The architect is ultimately responsible for the technical viability of their solution, therefore, must be able to justify their approach to both the customer and the internal design authority. Outside of project delivery the architect is a key resource to supporting sales activity and instilling best practices and industry expertise throughout the business. **Qualifications** **Mission:** Understand our customers’ needs and transform them into a solution + Plan and Lead requirements gathering sessions + Understand the requirements together with the customer context e.g. cost-sensitive, risk averse; and use this information to create a suitable solution + Write technical requirements documents and produce technical diagrams describing your solution + Educate the customer and explain complex aspects of your solution + Present and justify your solution to the customers technical authority **Mission** : Become the Trusted Advisor to our clients and define best practices internally within PSSP + Confidently discuss and demonstrate expertise in all domains of the Salesforce solution including security, identity, integration, and leveraging the partner ecosystem + Participate in the PSSP Design Authority ensuring the quality of solution delivered to our customers **Mission** : Work with Practice Leads and pre-sales to identify new opportunities for PSSP + Work with pre-sales to capture business requirements and align them to the correct Salesforce solutions + Develop high levels estimates and solution design using gathered requirements + Identify opportunities and lead the creation of industry specific solutions
