The Salesforce Solution Architect plays a key role in aligning the strategic goals and initiatives of the organization with key decisions regarding Salesforce solutions. This role analyzes the current state of business processes and technology to design and deliver the most appropriate solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. A Solution Architect maps key business requirements to Salesforce technical features and understands the scope, technical depth, and correct resources needed for the project. Salesforce Solution Architects guide digital transformation by aligning business and technology, defining the 'why and how' that drives solution success, selecting the right product features that maximize business value. The Salesforce Solution Architect will support and collaborate with the larger Salesforce Team on Salesforce initiatives and projects. The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project, ensuring it aligns to business requirements, leverages best practices, maximizes user-experience, and balances manageability, scalability, and security.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, required7+ years consulting or CRM implementation experience, requiredExperience with an Agile methodology, requiredParticipation and completion of badges in Trailhead, requiredExperience using Apex Data Loader, requiredParticipation in Salesforce User Groups and/or Conferences or continual learning expectedExperience with Person Accounts, Salesforce Government Cloud/Government Cloud Plus, Salesforce Shield a plusRequired License(s) and/or Certification(s):
