Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with experience in Salesforce (ideally in a support/AMS context) technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Aura Salesforce Approval Processes Salesforce Apex Integration Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce Apex Salesforce Lightning Pages and Salesforce Admin. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Salesforce Aura and Salesforce Apex. Implement and manage Salesforce Approval Processes to streamline business workflows. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce API and Salesforce Apex Integration. Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex Development and Salesforce Lightning Pages. Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements. Perform administrative tasks in Salesforce including user management security settings and data management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through testing and optimization. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

Salesforce admin and configuration on basic modules like Sales cloud, Service cloud. Experience in Apex, workflows, Flows , approval process, Lightning components is required Candidate should have some knowledge on DevOps concepts and tools like GitHub Salesforce basic troubleshooting techniques Salesforce best practices and industry standards Readiness to work on AMS project Good English communication (written and verbal)

Secondary Skills (Value add/ preferred )

Experience on modules like Experience and Marketing cloud Experience in Key modules like CPQ, Email to case is preferable.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
