We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
Salesforce System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access controls, ensuring compliance with life sciences regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GxP).
• Monitor Salesforce performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system or operational errors. ) related to Salesforce applications used in clinical trials, patient management, or medical devices.
• Collaborate with IT and developers to address complex problems and escalate critical issues.
• Implement change and release management strategies using DevOps and CI/CD tools including Flosum/Copado and Static Code Analysis Tools.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Assist with new Salesforce features, integrations, and upgrades, aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct system reviews, identify process improvements, and enhance user experience on GxP and non-GxP systems.
• Document system configurations, support activities, and compliance procedures.
• Provide user training, guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist application teams in the effective use of Platform specific tools (such as Copado, CodeScan, AppExchange apps, etc.) in their daily operations.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and IT teams to meet project needs.
• Manage system integrations (e.g., ERP, middleware) and troubleshoot related issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and life sciences trends.
Top Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce System Administration/Development
• Apex expertise
