Salesforce System Administrator (Onsite)

Candidate must be able to work in the office located in Birmingham, MI.

 

The Salesforce System Administrator is a proactive individual that will help us develop and continually improve our salesforce platform. They will assist in implementation of the program along with helping design and drive best practice solutions. The position will support implementation, continuous improvement, problem solving, and training along with getting to know our business operations. 

 

Qualifications

Salesforce product knowledge with 2+ years’ experience of hands on administration
including Salesforce Field service Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a technical discipline preferred Salesforce certification preferred Excellent collaboration and communication skills Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing end user support Exceptional project management skills

Physical Demands

Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
