Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Description:

Technical Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing Salesforce as an IT system to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by Salesforce. Technical Architects define services from a business perspective. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.

Key requirements:

•Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as a team member of successful software project implementations

•Strong Technical background, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required within the Solutions Space
•Technical and functional expertise in Salesforce
•Experience in salesforce.com
•Awareness of web, database, and object oriented software technologies, and force
•Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and otherimplementation activities
•Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those beingconfiguration, customization, data migration, integration)
•Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies.
•Experience with Agile
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
•Significant Consulting/client facing background
•Outstanding teamwork and team lead skills
