Salesforce Technical Architect
Topgolf is seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce applications. This is a full-time Hybrid role that requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and the ability to lead technical teams to successful project completion.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture design and development of Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ etc.).Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security to ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce implementations.Oversee and mentor technical teams in the development of custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migrations.Design integration strategies with third-party systems and applications, utilizing Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and security best practices.Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.Perform code and design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and high-quality delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the seamless performance of Salesforce systems.Stay updated with Salesforce product releases and enhancements to ensure that our architecture is leveraging the latest features and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform, including designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.Expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.Proven experience designing integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL tools.Experience with data modeling, security, performance tuning, and data migration in Salesforce.Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control) and practices.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications.
