Position Overview:

Join our team as a Salesforce Tester, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for testing and validating code, identifying and recording defects, and collaborating closely with architects, analysts, and developers. You will document test scripts, participate in design reviews, perform user acceptance testing, and engage in deployment activities. Working in an Agile environment, you will also take part in scrum ceremonies and product planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product design team to define testing parameters. Develop comprehensive test plans, create test cases, document test procedures, and compile bug reports. Manage the architecture of test data in collaboration with the Tech Lead. Troubleshoot errors and streamline test processes. Test and review code written by others, analyze results, and provide feedback. Implement automated testing tools and establish test automation infrastructure. Validate various system and data sets for Salesforce. Understand stakeholder requirements and communicate them to the development team. Enhance development, testing, deployment, and release processes. Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats. Work with developers to ensure adherence to established processes. Document the current state of the environment, conduct gap analyses, and create artifacts that outline options and recommendations. Continuously improve DevSecOps processes and tools. Present regular status updates and provide cross-training to other DevOps team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software/IT/cloud consulting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Experience documenting the current state of environments, performing gap analyses, and creating relevant artifacts.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in relevant fields. Hands-on DevSecOps experience within an Agile environment. Experience with performance and load testing. Familiarity with Docker containers and platforms such as Kubernetes. Proficiency in implementing test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, RestAssured, and Postman. Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, including performance, security, and functional tests.
