Salesforce Trainer
The Salesforce Trainer plays a pivotal role in driving global Salesforce adoption and proficiency across RX teams. This role is instrumental in empowering employees to maximize the platform’s capabilities, thereby enhancing productivity, data accuracy, and business performance. Through strategic training initiatives and ongoing support, the Salesforce Trainer ensures that users are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles and fully leverage Salesforce and Power BI applications. Accountabilities + Conduct timely and effective new hire and refresher training sessions for all Salesforce and Power BI Sales Reporting users, including new joiners, role movers, and ad hoc requests. + Create and update training materials such as videos, presentations, and interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Synthesia, tailored to new features or process changes. + Ensure all training content is organized, current, and accessible in a centrally managed repository. + Regularly review Salesforce Adoption Dashboards to pinpoint areas requiring additional training across Business Units (BUs) and Event Teams. + Review ServiceNow tickets to identify recurring issues stemming from process gaps and proactively address them through targeted training. + Act as the primary resource for global teams seeking guidance or clarification on Salesforce and Power BI usage. + Design and implement tailored training programs for specific roles within RX that utilize Salesforce. + Compile and present monthly reports detailing training activities and engagement metrics across BUs to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies. Qualifications + Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field is required; a background in education, business, or IT is an advantage. + Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in training, enablement, or a related field, preferably within a sales or CRM environment. + Proven experience in delivering training for Salesforce or other CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of system functionalities and user adoption strategies. + Hands-on experience in designing and developing e-learning courses, including bite-sized modules, videos, and interactive content using tools such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia, or other tools. + Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging training workshops for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency and business acumen. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps, and propose effective learning solutions. + Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, with sensitivity to cultural and time zone differences. + Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. + Capable of constructively challenging stakeholders to uphold training standards and drive continuous improvement. + Salesforce Certification is a strong advantage.
