Job Description

The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $80,000 - $120,000+ / yearIf meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas

*The Salesperson Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Monthly Draw of two-thousand five-hundred dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also has a pay-by-production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit*

QualificationsPrevious experience in a quota-driven sales role.Must be open to working weekends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
