Sample Coordinator, International
The International sample coordinator is responsible for the order placement, tracking and distribution of samples within all divisions for salesman, meetings, tradeshows and conferences globally, and maintain sample library at corporate.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Fulfill all sample requests and provide ETA and tracking information for distributors, subsidiaries and joint ventures in a timely mannerMaintain the shoe sample library Maintain an apparel sample libraryOrganize the distribution of apparel sample sets to the international showroomsAnalyze ETA reports and reach out to factories in Asia for ETA information on a regular basisCommunication skillsShip samples out per customers request using a particular shipping courier as well as work with the finance department for invoicing these shipmentsWork with courier representatives to help/monitor outgoing shipments Organize the return of rare samples when neededHelp assist Apparel team with incoming sample orders/requests Coordinate and pack for international conferences, trade shows and photoshoots to insure all new samples arrive on time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- 

Must be highly organized, ability to follow instructions, and work independently.Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a professional manner.Must have proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.Must be able to lift boxes up to 30lbs and carry shoes between buildings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• 1-2 years professional work experience in office environment or footwear retail experience.

The pay range for this role is $21-$23/hr USD.
