Position Summary

As a Samsung e-Shop Operation Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Operation team. Our new colleague would fall directly into the Operation department, which takes care of the technical running of our e-shop in both countries – Czech and Slovak.

You will work closely with the Operation Manager and other team members to learn about the details of our Hybris platform, how we operate and the systems we use to do so.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Operation department. If you are a self-starter with a passion for detail and pro-customer approach, desire to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

Support the Operation team in day-to-day activities, such as order processing and customer service.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around operation strategy and future projects.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Main team activities in which you will participate:

Daily order flow check, trouble shooting, monitoring of currently running campaigns (in terms of functionality) 

Management of Jira tickets created by customer support infoline team

Participating in the preparation and implementation of new digital projects.

Bringing ideas for new projects that will improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Samsung “positive”

Very good Czech and English knowledge

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to find quick solutions for unexpected problems and ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
